Viktor Frankl – Man’s Search for Meaning book review
In a nutshell (165 pages), probably one of the most important books I’ve ever read. Extremely impactful.
What I got out of it
A real sense of perspective. We’ve all heard about the benefits of being grateful. You can even buy gratefulness journals. This book teaches you how to do it. Frankl also gives a real understanding of what pain is for others.
What was difficult
Reading about atrocities of concentration camps is never easy, but the light that is his soul is much brighter than the darkness that consumed his world.
Recommendation
Read the book. Slowly. Take some time to digest what you read. This book will make your life better, and your suffering a little easier. Gift this book to someone you love.
